Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Designer Arcades. Please note that all orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.

This timeframe includes the production of your product, quality control checks, and packaging for shipment. Once shipped via freight, it will take approximately 7-10 business days to receive dependent on location. Please note that this is an estimate and can vary depending on the complexity of your order, the quantity of items ordered, and any customizations or personalization's that may be requested.

PLEASE NOTE: if you live down a road or driveway that couriers cannot access safely, deliveries may not be completed at that address and pick up may be requested.

Please notify us at sales@designerarcades.com or call (949) 381-7367 immediately of any special delivery requirements including remote locations, steep and/or narrow roads/driveways/bridges, dirt roads, etc. Will call (customer pick up) may be required. Signature is required upon delivery. Inside service is not included with freight carriers. Please ensure we have the best contact information for your order upon check out.

If you would like to expedite your order, we offer a skip-the-line option to have your machine shipped as soon as possible. This $1000 fee covers the additional costs of expediting your order and ensuring that it is processed ahead of other orders in our system.

For customers who prefer a more personalized delivery experience, we offer white glove delivery for an additional $1000. This service includes delivery of your machine to the room of your choice, unpacking and setup, and removal of all packaging materials. Our delivery team will also provide a brief overview of your machine's features and functionality to ensure that you have a seamless gaming experience.

Please note that for customers located in rural areas of Montana and Wyoming, an additional $1000 shipping fee will apply. This is due to the additional costs of delivering to these remote locations.

For customers located in Alaska, an additional $1000 shipping fee will also apply. This is due to the unique shipping requirements and logistics associated with delivering to this region.

We strive to provide fair and transparent pricing for all of our customers. Our shipping fees are based on the actual costs associated with delivering your machine to your location, and we work hard to keep these costs as low as possible while still providing exceptional service.

We value your business and want you to feel well taken care of throughout the entire purchasing and delivery process. If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.

FAILED DELIVERY
If your order cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. This expense includes both shipping and return shipping costs, and any applicable storage fees that may accrue.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect and document all issues in regards to damages, missing or incomplete packages, and any other concerns that you may have. You will have 3 business days upon receipt to file and process a claim for damages. 

To process claims for damages, please take note of the packaging, images of the product, and images indicating damages. Send those images to logistics@luxuryarcades.com for processing and a claim will be started.
